What are Anauve pieces made of?

Our pieces are crafted from a carefully selected blend:

55% Kid Mohair · 35% Nylon · 10% Wool

How should I care for my Anauve?

We recommend dry cleaning as the best option.

If you’re very careful, you can hand wash it in cold water with a neutral soap, lay it flat to dry, and steam it gently.

Avoid tumble drying and always store your piece folded, not hanging.

How do I choose the right size?

Most of our pieces are one size or slightly fitted. Each product page includes reference measurements. If you’re unsure, write to us — we’ll be happy to assist.

Payments

Payment Methods & Currency

At Anauve, we accept major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Once your order is placed, the piece will be reserved until we receive payment confirmation. We’ll notify you as soon as your package is dispatched.

All prices are listed in euros. The final exchange rate is determined by your card-issuing bank.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear).

Orders are shipped the next business day and typically arrive within: 

  • 24h in Madrid 
  • 48h within mainland Spain 
  • 4–5 business days to the Balearic Islands or international destinations 

If you choose express shipping, delivery times will be shorter. For urgent orders, write to us at info@anauve.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I track my order?

Nacex does not provide tracking links. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Do you ship to the islands?

We currently ship to the Balearic Islands. Send us your postal code and we’ll quote the shipping cost with our logistics provider. Delivery usually takes 4–5 business days from dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to EU countries from our online store. We hope to expand to more destinations soon!

Return & Exchanges

The piece doesn’t work for me — can I return it?

Yes, as long as it hasn’t been worn. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Return shipping is not covered by us. Once we receive the piece, we’ll refund the product amount, minus the original shipping cost.

The piece has a flaw — what should I do?

Although we carefully check each piece, a flaw may occasionally slip through. Send us a photo and we’ll offer you a replacement or refund.

In these cases, we cover the return shipping.

I ordered the wrong model or color — can I exchange it?

It happens! You can return the piece and place a new order, or we can manage the exchange with our courier (this service has a small fee).
