Orders and prices. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before payment. The contract is concluded when you receive our confirmation email, in Spanish or English. We accept cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We currently ship within the EU only.

Shipping. We prepare your order within 1-2 business days and deliver within 2-4 business days in mainland Spain and 5-7 business days elsewhere in the EU, and never in more than 15 days. Shipping to the Balearic Islands is quoted on request; we do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order without giving a reason. Email us at info@anauve.com and send the item within the following 14 days to: ANAUVE’s office address (provided upon request by email). Return shipping is paid by you. We refund you within 48 hours of receiving and checking the item, and always within 14 days of your notice. The refund includes the standard shipping you paid and is made using your original payment method. If the item comes back worn, washed or without tags, we may deduct its loss in value.

Exchanges. Exchanging for another size, colour or model costs €14. If the item has a flaw, it is free.

Guarantee. All garments carry a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery. As they are hand-made from natural fibres, slight variations in shade or size are not defects.

Complaints and governing law. You can complain at info@anauve.com; official complaint forms are available on request. We are not a member of any consumer arbitration scheme. Spanish law applies, without losing the protection of the law of your EU country, and you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
