What data we use and why. We use your name, contact details, address and order details to manage purchases, payments, shipping, returns and enquiries, and to issue invoices. The legal basis is the purchase contract and our tax obligations; without this data we cannot process your order. If you subscribe, we will send you our newsletter with your consent. If you are already a customer, we may send you offers on products similar to those you bought (Art. 21(2) Spanish LSSI). You can unsubscribe from any email.

How long. As long as needed to manage your order, then for the periods required by law (6 years for invoices). Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with. We never sell your data. It is only shared with the providers that help us run the service: Shopify (online store), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Nacex (shipping), De Vicente y Cervantes (accounting), Klaviyo (newsletter and reviews), Google Analytics (website analytics) and Meta (advertising and Instagram). Some may process data in the United States or Canada, under GDPR safeguards (adequacy decision, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@anauve.com. We will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your EU country.

Minors. If you are under 14, please do not give us any data without your parent's or guardian's permission.
